Please do not visit our Park if anyone in your party or family members are suffering any symptoms associated with COVID-19. If anyone needs to cancel due to these systems after a booking has been made a credit can be arranged by contacting our office.
On arrival only 1 person should enter the office to book in, where a mandatory guest declaration form must be signed, listing all guests in your party and confirming that you will abide by the conditions of entry. You must complete this each time you stay at the park.
All guests must adhere to the Safe practice and hygiene rules.
- Refrain from touching anyone that is not a member of your party.
- Frequent handwashing in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds
- Be diligent regarding hygiene, sneeze into elbow or use a tissue.
- Use hand sanitiser before entering the office and any communal areas.
- Get tested for Covid-19 immediately if you have any flu like symptoms or respiratory problems, advise the office by phone, and self-isolate until results are received.
- Social distancing rule of keeping 1.5 metres apart applies to all guests and staff, whist using communal areas there is to be no more than 1 person for every 2 square metres.
- Children must be supervised to ensure they are social distancing and adhering to safe practices.
COVID-19 best practices have been put into place in the park conforming to the NSW Government Public health advise to ensure your continued enjoyment and safety and for the health and wellbeing of Guests, Staff and the greater community.
