Park Rules

 

  1. Check in is after 2pm and check out by 10am.
  2. Vehicles must not exceed 5km per hour (walking pace) within the park. Drivers must also obey street signs and the direction of traffic flow.
  3. Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour within the park. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities.
  4. Bikes must be ridden on roadways only. No riding after daylight hours. Children are not permitted to ride bikes, scooters, or skateboards in or around the pool area. Children must always be wearing helmets when riding in the park.
  5. Parents are responsible for the supervision of children of any age using the pool, games room and playground.
  6. NO FIRES ARE PERMITED WITHIN THE PARK.
  7. No temporary cloths lines.
  8. Please be considerate of other guests by ceasing noise at 10pm and restricting noise levels early in the morning.
  9. All garbage must be wrapped and placed in bins provided.
  10. One car is allocated per site. All cars must be parked on their own sites unless otherwise authorised by management. Extra cars and visitors must park in the visitors car park. Visitors must check in at the office and vacate the premises by 10pm.
  11. Pets are allowed on sites only throughout the year excluding high season. No pets are permitted in any cabins or in park facilities.
  12. Abuse or ill treatment of reception, ground or service staff will not be tolerated. Any complaints must be made in writing to management.
  13. Please keep valuables out of sight. Tuross lakeside will not be held responsible for any items damaged or stolen.
  14. Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy if rules are Brocken, Notice may be given at any time rules are breached and no refund will be given.
